Cancelled Orders

All canceled orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final on items including firearms, ammunition, and optics. If an order has not been picked up or we have not received the required documentation from the receiving FFL after 14 days, the order will be canceled, and funds will be returned minus the 20% restocking fee.

Firearms Returns

Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the customer. Once the firearm has been transferred, it is considered used, even if it has not been fired. The customer must inspect the firearm before completing the transfer. If there is an issue with the firearm, do not complete the transfer, contact us immediately so that we may find a resolution. If a firearm is found to have a defect after it has been transferred to the customer, it is then the customer's responsibility to send the firearm back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, as per the manufacturer warranty. Firearms sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair can be returned directly to the customer without having to be transferred through a dealer.

Indemnification

The customer fully agrees that if any representations when making a purchase under the Terms of Sale are incorrect, or if customer fail to comply with the Terms of Sale, then customer will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release LC Sporting Goods Inc. and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the purchase. Customer fully agrees that by placing the order, customer shall release LC Sporting Goods Inc., and its owners, agents, officers and employees from any and all liability arising from or related to the product(s) purchased from LC Sporting Goods Inc, including (but not limited to) customer or anyone else's use or storage of the product(s).

Special Orders

Special Orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis based on availability with the distributor and require Manager On Duty approval prior to processing of the Special Order. Customers may be required to provide a full (100%) payment up front at the time of submission of their special order. Customers have 90 days from the date of their Special Order’s arrival to pick up their item or will be charged a 20% stocking fee. Refunds and returns are not available for Special Order items. Customers are required to provide a valid phone number, email address, and credit care to be kept on file to facilitate the layaway process. New customers may be limited to one (1) Special Order at a single time.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns must be in original undestroyed packaging with a valid receipt and in like-new condition. All ammunition and firearms purchases are final. Discounted items and items sold on sale are not eligible for returns. Items sold on consignment are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Manager.

Refunds

Refunds are not available to items on Sale, items sold on Consignment, Layaway, Special Order or on Discount.

Layaways

All layaways must be paid in full within 90 days from the invoice date. A 20% down payment is required. If a layaway is not paid for within 90 days from the invoice date, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Any remaining funds may be issued as an in store credit.

Consumer Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. 

The credit card billing information, shipping and contact information in our online shopping process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information in order to process your order. Your information will not be shown to third parties whom are not involved in transaction. 

Online Price and Description Errors

Our online inventory changes frequently. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item may have a description with a typographical error. We do our best to provide accurate information but we do not guarantee titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error free. Some products require a minimum online pricing. We reserve the right to refuse any order including, but not limited to, orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event we cancel an order we will not charge the customers card or we will refund the money. 

If an items description contains an error such as an incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the seller will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
