FOR THIRD PARTY PURCHASES
- First purchase NFA Item and have it shipped to LC Sporting Goods, if applicable. Once your item arrives, our team will give you a call to schedule a Kiosk appointment.
AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR ITEM(S):
- Complete your Silencer Shop profile at our Kiosk (Fingerprinting, Registration Info, ETC).
- Register for your ATF EFORMS account at www.eforms.atf.gov. Use the same email and registration information as your Silencer Shop account. Be sure to save your (auto-generated) EFORMS User ID and four digit pin code – You’ll need it to certify!
- Sign Docusign email once Silencer Shop completes their on your account.
- Wait for phone call from our team to schedule certification appointment (remotely or in person).
- Certify Form 4 EFILE with our team. You will need your ATF EFORMS User ID and four digit pin code to certify. Now your wait time will officially start!
- We will contact you when we receive your approval.
RETURNS/REFUNDSR:
- No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given, except in the event of ATF’s disapproval. In the event of a dissaproval, we will return your purchase price cost minus a restocking fee equal to 35% of the purchase price. When possible, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
